Middlestone Cottages is owned and managed by Tony and Jane Langdale. 

We live in Middlestone close to the holiday cottages.  We are available most of the time to give you a warm welcome and resolve any issues which arise. 

• Check-in: 15:00 – 22:00
• Check out: 10:00
• Not suitable for children and infants.
• No smoking.
• The Anchorage accepts 1 dog which must be kept off the bed and sofa and should not be left alone in the property.
• Please do all washing up before you leave.
• If you use the fire pit or pizza oven please empty all ash into the ash bucket provided.
• The barbeque must be cleaned and left ready for the next guests.
• There are two sets of stairs in Laburnum cottage.
• Please be considerate of neighbouring properties whilst using the hot tub and outside areas.
• There is a smoke alarm.
• There is a carbon monoxide alarm.

Refund Policy

• Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.  Please email info@middlestoneholidaycottages.co.uk if you need to cancel your stay.
