Close to the North Pennines, an area known as the Durham Dales and enjoys unspoilt views over stunning countryside. With countless walks and visitor attractions on the doorstep, you will have plenty to do and see.

Complete with 2 log burners in the living area and the bedroom, The Anchorage is the ideal retreat to get away from it all, whatever the weather.

The Anchorage sleeps 2 in very comfortable bed. It has an en-suite shower room.

Hot tub in the courtyard

Make the most of the private courtyard and relax in the hot tub allowing the bubbles to really relax and unwind you.

Outside you will find a bistro set, perfect for al fresco breakfast or dinner.

The compact kitchen boasts an oven, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster, crockery, pans and cutlery.

Designed for maximum comfort, you will love the quirky touches throughout the apartment.

From the exposed stone walls, to the industrial chic fittings…all with the anchor theme running through.

Open plan living

The living space has a very comfortable sofa, large cable TV, and a log burner. In the Winter months we supply a starter kit of logs, matches and kindling and extra wood can be bought. The perfect end to your day, relax in front of a real fire.
